I'll put the pictures up on Tinypic later.

All images have been tinypic'd. If you have any problems, post on this guide stating such.

Motion blur a character. Make it at an angle that makes the characters blur...blur to the opposite direction in which it's moving.

Then just move the character 90 pixels in a direction for each frame or something around there. You could make the opacity 80% or something if you want.

If I remember correctly, just open the brush as a regular picture, then save it as a brush.

I would like to provide an alternate aligning technique:
Instead of using latitude as an aligning tool, you can use the alignment tool right inside the toolbox to align the images.

And 1 question on GIMP:
Can I animate with a transparent background?

File>Dialog>New Dock>Layers And Channels And Paths

@Sentinel
If it works, you can use it. I just posted stuff about aligning because a lot of newbs have a problem with it at first.

If it's choppy, it's probably because you're not animating right or your ms is too high.

Hmm I thought you can bump in tutorials. Guess not.
Man, it really hard on me now. I can't decide which to use, NeoPaint or GIMP.
Oh well. Imma install GIMP too.
Nice tut.

P.S. Man, I'm really stupid. I'd try animating on Piant.NET since most of the image editors can animate. Like PhotoShop, GIMP, etc.
