Gradient effect with MS Paint

Post by Jurkey on Sat May 09, 2009 2:41 pm

Yeah, it sounds cool huh?

1.) Open MS Paint.
2.) Do exactly as I did with the black red and the light red colors.
3.) Now, press CTRL-W and set Horizontinal to "1" in "Stretch" (without the " marks) and click it, do the same twice.
4.) Now click CTRL-W again and write in "500" in "Stretch" (without the " marks" in Horizontinal again!) - do that twice!
5.) ????
6.) PROFIT!

Well, it's really easy and makes a nice effect. You can try to be creative and try with more colors. Adding black too looks good also.

Which horizontal.
The resize or the skew?

It's the skew one.

Actually, after doing something, it does work. But it's resize, not skew.

Here's how you really do it.
1) Make something like what Jurkey did
2) Press Ctrl + W
3) In Strech, horizontal, type '1,' then do it again.
4) Repeat Step 3
5) Press Ctrl + W
6) In Strech, horizontal, type '500, ' ONCE
7)???
8)OUTCOME!
Spoiler:

You might need to use copypasta.
