For people who want the distribute to frames extend
Click
Then just restart falsh 8! it's only for macromedia flash 8!
And the just look at commands
Import the skill at serperate pictures in 1 layer
And click the command, and here you go
Here's how the import should be (fireworks PNG):

After imported click/select the frame and then go to commands > distribute to frames

It's same in Fireowkrs it distributes them to frames and saves you time for aligning each and every skill one by one. Or there is another more painful way without DTF.

You know how the skills are prealigned.
All you do is just set the DTF on to a button and you have the skills perfectly aligned and it saves you the effort and the humilitation of doing it manually and failing.
