Just upload your animation on a image hoster, like tinypic.
Then change the signature settings in your profile.
Next time you might want to ask about that in General Help, since it got nothing with neopaint to do.

i have a question.
is there a way to change the transparant coulour?
like: in most items/skills/chars/etc theres a lot of white,
and in NeoPaint they make the white colours transparent.
is there any way to not have them transparent except by
changing it to a slightly different colour?
becouse it will take a lot of time to make reasonable animations
with NeoPaint then. Please Reply.

Don't check off transparent. NEVER check off transparent. If transparent is checked, then all white will be those grey and white transparent pattern.

ARGH. I noticed some of you guys didn't read Twame's tutorial. READ IT BEFORE READING MINE OR YOU WILL NOT ANIMATE WELL. YOU GOTTA GO ONE STEP AT A TIME, YOU CAN'T JUST SKIP TO A HIGHER STEP. (Would you start making a building at the 30th floor and skip the foundation?)
