New Stuff - Yeah teams are coming - 12/25/08

First of all i'd like to wish you guys a merry christmas and a happy new year from everyone at the forums!

We are planning on some cool updates to the forum, and hopefully they will make it an even better place to be. Thanks to all you guys for making this forum the way it is, it wouldn't be nearly the same without all of our awesome members. So here are some updates and improvements coming your way.



Multimedia Teams

Yes they are coming, despite major laziness by me and the other admins, and will hopefully be established tomorrow. For more info on these, check this post concerning them.

New Mods

We've listened to your suggestions, and now we are ready to pick. Mod results will also hopefully be ready tomorrow.

Other Stuff

We are always working on making the site and forum better. If you have any ideas concerning new stuff, post them in the Site/Forum discussion section. I'll be happy to look over them and possibly implement them into the site.

leaders will eventually be elected not about skill, but we are looking for who steps forward and is a leader figure, and stands out from the rest of the team. im still not sure about how this will work, but a team with a leader is alot more stable then one without a leader, so we are planning to do this.

Oh, you made a wrong turn there.
Because they know that's how leader is going to be chosen, members are going to act like control freaks and there will be a battle for power. If you hadn't had said that a person who is truly worthy to lead could stand out. You should've kept it to yourself. :C
